Level 1,2,3 Women’s/ Men’s Artistic, General Gymnastics or Preschool Coaches

 

J Star gymnastics has part & full time vacancies for enthusiastic, motivating coaches to join our friendly team.

We have hours available varying from 2 to 25 hours a week, plus parties and holiday camp hours if desired.

The applicant would ideally have past experience of coaching in a club or in the gymnastics or sports industry. Enthusiasm, confidence and the ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

​

Applicants should hold a current minimum BG Level 1 qualification although if you fit in with our team, we will consider training you up. All positions will be subject to an enhanced DBS check. First aid and safe guarding documentation and a good command of English with good written and verbal skills is preferred. The candidate must be flexible as from time to time the hours may need to be adjusted.

All our coaches are committed to a high standard of coaching and you should be keen to help all gymnasts fulfil their potential. J Star Gymnastics is committed to helping our coaches to develop their skills via subsidised training towards coaching levels and judging courses.

​

The club has a competitive pay structure related to the qualifications and experience of the individual coaches.  Interest within the sport of gymnastics is rising as is our membership.
